Update Your Address
If you need to update your mailing address, please send an email to SBLISettlement@gardencitygroup.com and include your name, old address and new address information (street address, city, state and zip). You may opt to include your phone number and/or email address to assist the Administrator should we need to contact you about your Settlement payment or related matters. Or, you can download a Change of Address Form here, fill it out and send it to:
